Findochty, Portknockie, Buckie, and Cullen & Deskford Community Councils jointly surveyed residents about their experiences on the Route 35. A total of 121 people responded across the four communities.

The results present a consistent picture: persistent late running, cancellations at short notice, and poor communication when services are disrupted are causing real difficulties for residents travelling to work, college, and medical appointments.

The community councils have submitted the findings to Stagecoach North Scotland and have invited them to meet to discuss the results and agree improvements.
