Spirit of Speyside: Distilled sees some of the world’s best whisky distillers unite under one roof for a weekend that will surely delight whisky noses with a taste for the Speyside region. From famous whisky brands to new gin, vodka and rum producers, local craft beers, and the best food the region has to offer – Distilled celebrates the ever-evolving culture of the Speyside food & drink scene.

Whether you choose a Discovery, Premium or Masterclass Pass, you’ll enjoy access to a range of food and drink producers from across Speyside, with opportunities to meet the makers, discover new favourites and enjoy a relaxed sampling experience under one roof. Ticket prices range from £40-£70.

Distilled: Food & Drink takes place across three sessions on 11-12 September 2026 at UHI Moray, Elgin.

Held at UHI Moray, visitors can sample their way around the event, meeting and learning from the master distillers, sipping a cocktail, nosing the best local drams, and tasting the beers and gins.

All passes include event admission, a Distilled tasting glass and event lanyard.
